GALLERY: Photographing Link Up's work with sex workers in Myanmar

Myanmar is one of the five countries that Link Up worked in, to empower young people to control their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

Part of Link Up’s work was a PhotoVoice project, which trained Alliance Myanmar staff and 12 Alliance Myanmar YouthStars to complete photo exhibitions on the issues affecting young key populations.

One of these YouthStars was Arkar, who took a documentary-style approach to his PhotoVoice project. Following this, he was equipped and trained to photograph some of Link Up’s work with young sex workers.
